Gain Strength

Getting stronger doesn't mean sacrificing good form or leaving the gym sore after every workout. Working with a coach takes the guesswork and stress out of the planning and executing your own workout. This also ensures that you are progressing in a safe and efficient manner.

Improving your posture usually leads to less aches, stiffness, and injuries over time. It is important to have someone who can spot any compensations you have and correct them, before they lead to bigger problems in the future. When your joints move like they are supposed to, you can make faster progress with less setbacks.

Lose Weight

Improving body compensation should be the main goal over only paying attention to the number on the scale. Building and retaining muscle is important for metabolic health and losing fat should be the point of focus. If someone loses 10lbs of fat but also gains 4lbs of muscle, the scale will show a loss of 6lbs. However, losing 10lbs of fat will look and feel significantly different than someone who loses 10lbs as a combination of 5lbs of muscle and 5lbs of fat. Through strength training and other fitness modalities we will work to transform your body to become stronger and leaner.
